What are 360 reviews?
360 feedback reviews provide you valuable job
performance information by soliciting anonymous
ratings from colleagues who know you the best. With
Grassroots360, these reviews are administered in a
controlled, professional process using the Internet
and leverage professional review content written by
organizational development psychologists.
Should I receive a 360 degree feedback review?
360 degree feedback reviews provide valuable
insight into your professional skills and behaviors
from the people that know you best. If you're in one
or more of the following situations, there's a good
chance a 360 degree review will help you along your

How often should I receive a 360 degree
feedback review?
Most companies with developed talent management
organizations conduct 360 degree reviews on their
management team annually. This provides sufficient
time for the feedback recipient to improve on areas
of weakness and enhance areas of strength prior to
the next review.

Does your system require any training?
No. Grassroots360 is designed to be used without any
training whatsoever. Just sign up online and we'll
step you through the entire process.
Can I edit the content of your 360 degree
feedback review templates?
No. Currently, Grassroots360 review templates
are not editable.
Are ratings anonymous?
Yes. Our reporting system will only display
results from non-supervisor rater groups (peers, direct reports) that contain at least 3 ratings.
Are the written comments provided by
respondents anonymous?
Yes. Written comments are presented in your
report without identifying information as to who
said what. However, if a respondent identifies him
or herself in their response, well, their anonymity
would be compromised.
How long does it take to receive my results?
You can download your report at any time via
your administrative dashboard.
How do I pay?
